Contract-to-Hire: In this scenario, SCA provides a qualified contract consultant to the client for a trial period, up to 6 months, with the expectation that the assignment may lead to a direct full-time position with the client. As a part of this service we perform all recruiting, screening and administrative management leading up to the transition to direct employment with the client.
Independent Consultant Services: With SCA’s Independent Consultant Services, you can avoid the hassles of hiring, managing and paying independent contractors. As the “employer of record” for your consultants, SCA will handle all associated contractual, payroll and administrative tasks.
